What kind of area is Bothfeld?

Bothfeld is quiet and green, with a village-like core around the old church and a mix of houses and low apartment blocks. There is no nightlife noise here, which is exactly why patients, medical staff and contractors like it — you sleep well and recover properly between long days. The neighbouring Groß-Buchholz, where our apartments are, shares the same calm character on Schierholzstraße.

Public transport is the real strength. Tram line 7 and a bus stop are directly outside our building, so the city centre and the main station are a straightforward ride away. By car you reach Hannover Airport (HAJ) in about 15 minutes, and there is free parking at the house — including space for vans.

Close to the MHH and INI hospitals

For many guests the decisive point is the hospitals. From our furnished apartments on Schierholzstraße 61 it is only about 5–10 minutes by car to Hannover Medical School (MHH) and the International Neuroscience Institute (INI). That makes Bothfeld and Groß-Buchholz a practical base for patients, accompanying family members and medical staff.
