A few weeks: the weekly stay

Between one and three weeks, a weekly rate starts to make sense. This is the sweet spot for project-based business travel, contractors (Monteure) on a short assignment, and patients with a treatment block at the MHH or INI. Cooking your own meals, doing laundry on site and free parking already start to beat the constant hotel extras.

Is a monthly rental cheaper than a short-term rental in Hannover?

What counts as short-term?

We treat a few nights up to roughly a week as short-term, one to three weeks as a weekly stay, and four weeks or more as monthly. The longer you stay, the better the value per night.
