Well connected — MHH, Messe and the airport
We are on Schierholzstraße 61 in the quiet Groß-Buchholz district. Tram line 7 and a bus stop are at the door, the MHH and INI hospitals are 5–10 minutes by car, the Hannover Messe fairground is an easy ride and HAJ airport is about 15 minutes away — handy if your new role involves travel.
We can help with your Anmeldung
Every new resident in Germany must register their address (Anmeldung) at the Bürgeramt, and for that you need a landlord confirmation (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). As your registered accommodation provider we can issue this document, so you can complete your registration and open a bank account without delay. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will check availability.
What is the minimum and maximum stay?
Long-term guests usually book from three up to twelve months, but we are flexible — tell us your dates and we will find an arrangement that works.
Can I register my address here (Anmeldung)?
Yes. As your accommodation provider we can issue the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung you need to register at the Bürgeramt.
Is everything really included in the price?
Yes — furniture, kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, utilities and parking are all covered by one all-in price, with no hidden fees.
