What our private rooms in Hannover look like

Our guest house has 17 furnished units in total. The rooms are fully furnished with a freshly made bed, towels, TV and free Wi-Fi. Depending on your needs we set a room up with two, three or four beds — for individuals, couples or small groups. Cooking happens in the apartment's own kitchen or in the large shared kitchen with seating. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house.

If you want more privacy, rent a whole furnished flat with two or three rooms and its own kitchen instead of a single room — also privately, also without fees.

What is included in the price?

We quote a transparent all-in price: furniture, kitchen, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer, bed linen and towels, plus a free parking space directly at the house are included. The room is cleaned and prepared before your arrival; for longer stays we arrange interim cleaning and fresh linen on request. For longer rentals we may ask for a small refundable deposit and a short rental contract — for a few nights a simple confirmation is usually enough.

For longer stays we usually issue a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation) so you can register your address at the Bürgeramt. Please mention it before booking so we can confirm it for your dates.
