There are 17 furnished units in total. Rooms can be set up with two, three or four beds as needed — ideal when a small crew wants to stay together. If you need more space, take a complete flat with two or three rooms and its own kitchen. For large crews the whole guest house with a shared kitchen can be booked, so the entire team lives under one roof.

Price per night or monthly flat rate — with a company invoice

Workers are charged per person per night; for longer jobs we quote a monthly flat rate well below hotel level. The price is a transparent all-in price: furniture, kitchen, Wi-Fi, parking, washing machine, bed linen and towels are included — no extra fees are added. We make out the invoice to your company so the bookkeeping is clean. For longer stays we may ask for a small refundable deposit and a short rental contract; for a few nights a simple confirmation is usually enough.

Free parking for vans and company vehicles

For fitters, parking is often the deciding factor: tools and material stay in the vehicle, and nobody wants to walk to a car park first thing in the morning. With us you park free of charge directly at the house — with space for vans, Sprinters and several team vehicles. No garage fee, no daily charge, no residents-only zone.

Cook for yourselves instead of eating out every night

Every crew flat has its own kitchen with pots, pans, crockery and a fridge; on top of that there is the large shared kitchen. A REWE supermarket with bakery is only about 50 m away and open until 23:00 — so also after the late shift. If you do not feel like cooking, there is a restaurant with bar and large terrace right next door (open until 22:00).

Location in Groß-Buchholz: fast to the site, the Messe and the motorway

Groß-Buchholz is in the north-east of Hannover — quiet but well connected. The tram stop of line 7 is about 550 m away and takes you to the main station in roughly 20 minutes. By car you reach the Messe fairgrounds (about 13 km), Hannover Airport (about 14 km, around 15 minutes) and the A2 and A7 motorways via the Messeschnellweg. The Hannover Medical School (MHH) is 2.7 km away, the INI 2.6 km — practical for companies handling construction or technical projects there. A petrol station is 900 m away.

Check-in and check-out are possible between 8:00 and 22:00; keys are handed over in person, by arrangement also for late arrivals. For longer jobs we issue a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation) for registration with the city.
